Aluminium composite sheeting is made up of a LDPE polyethylene core sheet sandwiched together by two thin sheets of aluminium of either 0.3mm or 0.2mm to produce a light weight ridged sheet in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm thickness depending on thickness and colour choice.
Available in both matt or gloss colours and brushed metallic silvers, gold and copper finishes all with a UV protective lacquered finish giving ACM brilliant stability and all-weather resistance.
Aluminium composite has great fire resistance and is rated to UL94V-0 and has particularly high corrosion-resistance.
ACM is a very versatile material and can be used for a variety of applications including signage and display. Scoring or machining a groove will allow the material to be bent with precision to produce sign trays and 3D displays. Aluminium composite can be UV or screen printed directly to the surface or have vinyl or digitally transfers printed affixed to produce a good quality and affordable signage solution.
Standard sheet sizes available are 2440mm x 1220mm, 3000mm x 1500mm in most colours and finishes in 3mm thickness.
In white only we can offer larger dibond sheets in 3000mm x 2000mm and 4000mm x 2000.
